Project management and project coordination

You encounter the real challenges of a project not when identifying a project idea or when compiling application documentations, but when you start im-plementing the project. A number of successful applicants have lately been faced with the administration, financial or communication difficulties which have put the implementation of the project at risk. We assist our client exactly in this throughout the entire duration of implementation.

To this end we ensure the continuous progress of the project throughout its implementation. To achieve effective cooperation and thereby a successful project, we also ensure effective communication among those involved and make sure that the practical and financial requirements are met by:

  • analysing and planning the objectives,
  • risk analysis,
  • analysing and ensuring resources,
  • organising implementation and providing resources,
  • monitoring project implementation,
  • making professional and financial progress reports,
  • planning and implementing correction actions, and
  • providing documentation and communication activities (e.g. liaisoning with the supporting authorities)
In addition, we ensure the coordination of projects implemented as part of cooperation involving several partners, which might prove a major challenge for organisations lacking sufficient professional experience. It is highly important that the cooperating partners agree on as many details as possible right at the beginning and during the implementation of the project (including tasks to be carried out, deadlines, meetings, aspects of assessment, etc.), the implementation of which is ultimately the responsibility of the project management organisation. This is the responsibility we can take off your shoulders. Using the tools of monitoring we ensure that the implementation of a project invariably goes on to achieve the objectives set.
