The e-jobguide is a free, multi-lingual and cross-border information portal which provides information on vocational and further in-practice training and the acknowledgement of qualifications. The portal provides information on developing sectors of employment such as the IT/high-tech industries, metal industry/electronic engineering, tourism, health care and the social industry in certain border regions in Central and Eastern Europe. Information is currently available on the following border regions: France-Germany, Germany-Austria, Germany-Switzerland, Switzerland –Austria and Austria-Italy. Involving research institutes in Eastern Europe as partners is already underway.
