About us

The Empirica Ltd. is a young and dynamic Hungarian-German owned spin-off company, which was founded in 2004 in Sopron. Its aim is to help the implementation process of employment policy tools and labour market programs, which has already been successfully used in Western-Europe, especially in Germany. Furthermore we promote acceptance and raise awareness by writing analysis and studies.

We extended our profile over the years with activities which were considered as missing services in the region but for which we have seen a growing client demand. Such activities are the complex project development, all-round project management and coordination of projects in cooperation with several partners.

All of these tasks require a diverse and comprehensive knowledge from our team, as our clients come from so different branches like R&D of particle physics, tourism or the labour market etc.

Colleagues of our offices in Sopron and Munich have an established reference and strong professional background. They are experts of different areas, like financial, IT or social sciences.

An interdisciplinary team is available for the various projects with a circle of external experts, who complete practical experience with relevant theoretical background.
